♦ I Storbritannien jagas oskyldiga för upphovsrättsintrång. Men i Sverige har vi ju inte den kulturen, så det kommer inte att bli några problem här så klart. (Hoppas min ironiska läggning framgår tydligt…)
♦ I USA säger en domare åt upphovsrättslobbyn att skärpa sig:
Judge Nancy Gertner said to them that they ‘have an ethical obligation to fully understand that they are fighting people without lawyers … to understand that the formalities of this are basically bankrupting people, and it’s terribly critical that you stop it …’ She also acknowledged that ‘there is a huge imbalance in these cases. Ja, Bodström ansåg ju att Sverige kunde offra rättstrygghet i samband med antiterrorlagarna eftersom Sverige ändå hade så djupt etablerad demokrati *suckar sorgset* …undrar hur många gånger de tänker sälja ut samma fina rättstrygghet innan ens regeringen erkänner att man växlat bort rättstryggheten till smygfascism på hela linjen. De hånar Kina men går på deras linje steg för steg allt sedan mordet på Palme.
Hoppas att FRA och IPRED kan föra med sig att fler unga faktiskt inser att rättstryggheten i Sverige totalt sett är betydligt uppblåst.

Thank goodness for the E-cig!!! I have smoked regular cigarettes for 30 years and have never been able to quit. I have tried everything on the market: Chantex, nicotene patches, inhalers everything- without any luck. I did quit for 2 months before with patches but with e-cigs, I have been quit for 4 months with no interest in going back! I just hope the FDA leaves us alone because I use them as a replacement and they have to be alot better to utilize than regular cigarettes-health wise!!
