En annan forskare, Daniel Johansson vid Music Link i Hultsfred, hävdar på sin blogg att debattförfattarna drabbats av moralisk panik när de skriver att “svensk musiksektor har förlorat runt 60 procent av sin omsättning sedan 2000-talets början”. Sant är att försäljningen av inspelad musik minskat, men samtidigt har upphovsrättsorganisationer som Stim ökat sina intäkter, likaså konsertarrangörer som Live Nation. Pengar från telecomföretagens nya musiktjänster kommer också musikbranschen till godo. Som helhet blöder inte musikbranschen.
Eller vad sägs om detta?
- Musikindustrin vill få oss att tro att det enda som behövs är mer skydd. Men i forskarvärlden är det ingen som förespråkar hårdare upphovsrättslagar, säger Eva Hemmungs, professor i informations- och biblioteksvetenskap.

My guess is as we approach the elections, the expectation will be for the network to wave a strictly partisan flag–which will be any easy task for partisan insider hacks Matthews and O’Donnell, less so for advocates of truth and fairness like Olbermann and Ed Schultz – who seems to give the impression that he is yoked.
