Men av det jag hunnit och orkat sätta mig in i hittills så tycks vissa viktiga frågeställningar ha utkristalliserats:
Kommer kablarna kopplas in till en statlig organisation?
Om det blir till FRA eller till en “specialdomstol” spelar ingen större roll, då en sådan i så fall bara blir ett nytt FRA. Ett skugg-FRA om man så vill.
Om svaret på frågan är nej, hur ska överlämningen av datan gå till? Hur ska det lösas tekniskt för att kunna garantera att oskyldigas information inte överförs?
Vad sjutton är ett “trafikstråk”? Och hur undviker man att hamna i ett?
Det verkar inte finnas några IT-experter som är bekanta med uttrycket. Gissningar finns det, kanske handlar det om specifika kablar? Säg, till exempel, den som går mellan Stockholm och Umeå?
Det stinker hur som helst nyspråk lång väg.
Kommer det gamla, riktigt usla, förslaget att börja gälla innan det nya, något mindre usla, förslaget träder i kraft?
Det gamla förslaget måste under alla omständigheter sättas i karantän tills ett riktigt – öppet och demokratiskt – beslut är fattat. (Kom ihåg att det nya förslaget inte är klubbat ännu…)
Hur blir det med FRA:s specialversion av personuppgiftslagen (pul)?
Ni vet, den där som tillåter dem att registera sexuell läggning, medlemskap i fackliga organisationer, och annat som normalt sett inte är lagligt att föra register över…
Hur ska FRA kunna veta vilken trafik som har både avsändare och mottagare i Sverige?
“Tekniskt sett går det inte lösa. Därmed blir FRA alltid olagligt?” skriver Peter Sunde.
Till saken hör att även om det skulle gå att lösa så spelar det mindre roll. Det skulle fortfarande innebära att trafik från Sverige till (exempelvis) Facebook är legitimt att avlyssna. Facebook är ju en amerikansk tjänst, och jag gissar att deras servrar står på andra sidan Atlanten.
Det är knappast det enda exemplet heller. Youtube, Flickr, kommentera en brittisk blogg… Ska mina mänskliga rättigheter (art.12, art. 19) verkligen upphöra när jag kommunicerar över nationsgränsen?
Hur kommer det finstilta att se ut? Än så länge har vi bara sett regimens PR-version av förslaget. Men djävulen finns i detaljerna, brukar det ju heta.
En sak är i alla fall säker: debatten är inte över. (Martin Jönsson på Svenska Dagbladet förstår det också, men väljer att fokusera på det positiva som kommit ur hela den här historien. Och det skadar inte att ta till sig lite av det han skriver, trots allt.)
Tills vidare måste jag ändå hålla med Falkvinge: rätt väg framåt är fortfarande att riva upp den gamla lagen först. Med det gjort så kan beslutet om det nya förslaget fattas i lugn och ro, efter en saklig och öppen debatt.
Tills dess kommer jag betrakta glaset som halvtomt.

You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
I must say that overall I am really impressed with this site.It is easy to see that you’re enthusiastic about your writing. If perhaps I’d your writing ability I anticipate more updates and you will be returning.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

HOWEVER I do get a kick out of comment spam that has absolutely no benefit for the guy spamming , broken links , no anchor text ,ect. I guess I should be upset a little more about it , but akismet is so great about catching things any more.

I must say, as a lot as I enjoyed reading what you had to say, I couldnt help but lose interest after a while. Its as if you had a wonderful grasp to the topic matter, but you forgot to include your readers. Perhaps you should think about this from additional than one angle. Or maybe you shouldnt generalise so much. Its better if you think about what others may have to say instead of just going for a gut reaction to the topic. Think about adjusting your personal believed process and giving others who may read this the benefit of the doubt.
