Dags att plocka fram svordomarna

Det har börjat komma fram uppgifter om att de sex tilltänkta folkhjältarna från Folkpartiet kanske kommer svänga i FRA-frågan igen. Aftonbladet kallar det för en “lösning“. Lösning my ass, säger jag. Andra säger det något mer välformulerat. SvD säger att det föreslås “stora förändringar“, men om de menar den där specialdomstolen som det pratats om så är det en grov överdrift.

Rick Falkvinge förklarar varför genom att leverera ett alldeles autentiskt citat från boken 1984:

Det är det här jag menar. Nu använder jag äkta citat ur 1984 för att förklara vad staten håller på att göra. Så jävla illa är det.

Webhackande plockar också fram svordomarna:

För att sedan konstatera att FRA-lagens förespråkare är våldtäktsmän (och -kvinnor), att ett nej betyder nej, och att han inte skulle pissa på dem om de brann.

Men så här illa hoppas jag verkligen att det inte går. Jag är övertygad om att de riksdagsmän som har lovat att riva upp lagen i höst har förstått att de måste leverera för att inte förlora allt sitt politiska kapital för all framtid. Jag är säker på att de (till skillnad från regeringen) har en så pass god bild av det politiska landskapet att de inte väljer att göra bort sig i den här frågan.

Någon jävla form av hederlighet måste det ändå finnas även i politiken.

Men kan som synes inte låta bli att svära lite ändå.

Jag klandrar honom inte.

Det har argumenterats sakligt – av motståndarsidan alltså – sedan någon gång strax efter tidernas begynnelse ungefär. Det är inte så konstigt att artigheten tryter när ingen på förespråkarsidan ens försöker lyssna på argumenten, utan hela tiden bara uppvisar samma folkförakt, samma odemokratiska förhållningssätt, samma tekniska inkompetens, samma oförmåga att begripa de enklaste logiska resonemang. Om kabeljävlarna kopplas in så spelar det ingen roll hur många kontrollinstanser ni inför – nästa mandatperiod kanske sossarna (för inte kommer ni sitta kvar vid makten i alla fall) plockar bort dem. Eller kanske Sverigedemokraterna gör det om 20 år? Hur fan kan ni veta vad som händer om 10, 20, 50 år?

Jag brukar alltid prata om att nyansera debatter, om att det finns gråskalor mellan det svarta och vita. Men så är inte fallet här. Antingen kan staten avlyssna oss allihopa, eller så kan den inte det. Antingen är du för människors rätt till ett privatliv, eller så är du emot. Den här gången är det faktiskt inte svårare än så.

1) FRA måste vända sig till en specialdomstol för att få ut den trafik myndigheten anser sig ha behov av.

2) Medborgare ska ha rätt att fråga om man avlyssnats.

3) FRA ska bara få spana på YTTRE MILITÄRA hot.

4) Ett system liknande det som nu diskuteras finns i Tyskland vars signalspaningslag godkänts av Europadomstolen för mänskliga rättigheter.

Detta är ett mycket bra förändring av FRA-lagen. Detta måste du erkänna? Låter som att både du och Falkvingen överreagerar, Mattias. Är det för mycket stolthet att svälja?

Tobias: Det var kanske dumt av mig att ta ett specifikt parti som exempel, men jag tror du förstår min poäng ändå. Om kommande makthavare, oavsett partifärg, kommer ha möjligheten att missbruka avlyssningssystemet så är det bara en tidsfråga innan det sker.
